All payments are processed via Stripe.
All payments must be received in full prior to access to product or service.
Stripe retains your payment details and credentials securely for processing payment plans automatically.
Prices advertised on the website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise noted.
10% GST applies to Australian customers and is charged at the checkout.
Payments permit one (1) person only to access to the purchased course, event or resource.
All third-parties including, but not limited to domestic and business partners, colleagues, assistants and your clients and family members, must purchase their own access.
Refunds
You may request a refund of any course within 10 days of purchase if you are not happy with the course material. Access will then be revoked to the rest of the program.
Other Live Training Programs, Events, and Mentoring are not eligible for refund after we commence working together.
Your Facebook Membership
- Upon purchase of the Six Week Detox you will be granted access to the Facebook Six Week Detox.
- Participation is of course not mandatory but is highly recommended as it serves as a useful part of learning and allows those participating in the course to learn from each other as well as our experienced naturopath.
- Should you choose to join the group (and we would love it if you do!) you will be asked to abide by our rules which include consideration for appropriate online privacy and other requirements specific to the group.
- Should you participate in any live recordings please note that your name, face, name and comments can be seen by other course members - present and future. If you do not wish to be visible in recordings, please turn off your webcam and rename your Zoom profile for the duration of the call.
- Comments, images and posts shared into any Membership groups may be accessible by all students of the course - past, present and future - please keep this in mind before sharing. You are welcome to remove any of your posts, videos and images from the group upon conclusion of the training program should you wish to keep your information safe.
- You are not permitted to allow another person to watch the course content, read the course material, or access any events. Any third party must purchase their own access.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All designs, resources, media and content presented on any of the websites owned by Vibrant Health & Healing are copyright to us. This includes:
- Quizzes
- Surveys
- Results of quizzes
- Results of surveys
- Blogs or information on courses
- Course content
At no time can any of the images, resources, videos, concepts or content be shared, copied, embedded or resold without express written consent from Vibrant Health & Healing.
